WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING POLICIES?
Josh Kimball Photography proudly ships worldwide via USPS and FEDEX. We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS?
For prints that have been safely shipped and arrive undamaged, we do not accept returns or refunds. All sales are final for safely shipped prints. We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination. If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and send a message via the CONTACT page with your order number for further instructions.
